Measuring What Matters
As Lights To Lyfe expands structured youth programming, we are strengthening how we measure participant learning and program outcomes.
Beginning in 2027
Workshops will use tools such as pre- and post-assessments, completed activities and participant feedback to measure knowledge and skill development.
2027 Goal
Serve at least 100 Tampa youth ages 13–21 through a minimum of 12 structured workshops, with a goal of at least 75% of participants demonstrating increased knowledge or skill development.
