1. About Lights To Lyfe

Lights To Lyfe is a nonprofit organization providing youth educational resources, community programming, financial literacy education, entrepreneurship education, life-skills development, career readiness, youth enrichment and family-resource support.

Our programming primarily serves youth ages 13–21, while certain community events and family-resource initiatives may also support parents, caregivers and younger children.

2. Educational Purpose

Content available through this website is provided for educational and informational purposes.

Lights To Lyfe does not provide individualized legal, financial, tax, medical, mental-health or investment advice.

Educational content is intended to help participants build knowledge and practical skills but should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

3. Free Educational Resources

Lights To Lyfe provides certain worksheets, activity packs, teacher curriculum materials and other educational resources free of charge.

Unless otherwise stated, free resources may be:

  • downloaded;

  • printed;

  • used by individuals and families;

  • used in classrooms;

  • used by nonprofit youth programs;

  • used in community educational settings.

Free resources may not be sold, republished, rebranded, commercially distributed or represented as the work of another organization or individual without written permission from Lights To Lyfe.

4. Intellectual Property

The Lights To Lyfe name, logo, website content, educational materials, books, workbooks, graphics, designs and other original materials are owned by Lights To Lyfe or used with appropriate permission.

Copyright and other intellectual-property protections apply where applicable.

Purchasing or downloading a resource does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

Users receive only the limited right to use materials for their intended personal or educational purpose.

5. Books and Paid Educational Materials

Books, workbooks and other paid materials are subject to the prices, descriptions and availability shown on the website at the time of purchase.

Lights To Lyfe reserves the right to:

  • update product descriptions;

  • correct pricing errors;

  • discontinue products;

  • revise educational content;

  • update editions or formats.

Purchases are also subject to the Lights To Lyfe Return & Refund Policy.

6. Teacher and Facilitator Materials

Teacher curriculum guides, lesson plans and facilitator resources are intended to support educational delivery.

Educators and youth-program facilitators may adapt activities for the needs of their participants, but may not sell, reproduce for commercial distribution, remove Lights To Lyfe branding from protected materials or claim authorship of the underlying curriculum.

7. Book Sponsorships and Donations

Sponsorships and donations support Lights To Lyfe educational programming, community outreach, book distribution and related mission activities.

Unless a specific written restriction has been accepted by Lights To Lyfe, contributions may be used where they are reasonably needed to advance the organization's charitable and educational mission.

Book sponsorship levels are intended to illustrate the approximate educational impact of a contribution. Actual printing, fulfillment and program costs may vary.

8. Events and Programs

Participation in Lights To Lyfe events, workshops or community programs may be subject to additional rules, registration requirements, waivers or safety policies.

Lights To Lyfe reserves the right to modify event schedules, locations, speakers, activities or programming when reasonably necessary.

Participation may be refused or discontinued when conduct presents a safety concern or materially disrupts programming.

9. Youth Participation

Certain Lights To Lyfe programs are designed for minors.

When parental or guardian consent is required, participation may be conditioned on completion of the appropriate consent, registration or waiver documentation.

Adults responsible for youth participants should review program details and determine whether a particular activity is appropriate for the child in their care.

10. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity;

  • attempt to interfere with website security or operation;

  • gain unauthorized access to protected systems or accounts;

  • misuse downloadable resources;
