RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for supporting Lights To Lyfe. Our educational materials, books, youth resources and community programs are created to support learning, personal development and access to practical educational opportunities.

Please review this policy before completing a purchase, sponsorship or other paid transaction.

Physical Books and Printed Materials

Because many of our books and educational materials are produced or fulfilled specifically for educational use, returns are generally not accepted after an order has been shipped unless the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order information and, when applicable, photographs of the issue.

Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, store credit or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Lights To Lyfe or its fulfillment provider.

Digital Products and Downloadable Materials

Digital products, downloadable educational materials and electronic resources are generally non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Many Lights To Lyfe worksheets and youth resources are provided free of charge. Free educational downloads have no monetary refund value.

Book Sponsorships

Book sponsorship contributions help Lights To Lyfe provide educational books and learning materials to youth at no cost through programs, school visits, speaking engagements, workshops and community events.

Once sponsorship funds have been received and committed toward printing, fulfillment, distribution or related program expenses, sponsorship payments are generally non-refundable.

If an error occurs during the payment process, please contact us as soon as possible.

Donations

Charitable donations made to Lights To Lyfe are generally non-refundable once processed, except in cases involving duplicate transactions, payment errors or other circumstances where a refund is required by law.

Events and Programs

Registration fees, vendor fees or other event-related payments may have separate refund or cancellation terms. Any event-specific policy presented during registration will control for that event.

Free events and programs do not have a refund value.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel a physical product order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel an order before printing, fulfillment or shipping begins.

Once fulfillment has started, cancellation may no longer be available.
